CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Mommy and Me Gymnastics

This is a class for walkers to 3 years old.  It is designed to be a fun bonding experience for the parent and child. This is typically the first organized class of any type that your toddler will experience. Our professional instructor will guide you and your toddler through our curriculum of fun activities on “kid friendly” equipment designed to make learning easy and safe. This is a 45 minute class.

Girl boy gym 3-5

Your child is ready to step out on their own and start working with an instructor.  This class is quite often a child’s first experience with the instructor-child relationship.   Basic gymnastics skills are taught in a fun and caring environment on “kid friendly” equipment. This is a one hour class.  Three year olds must be potty trained, otherwise they will need to remain in the Mommy and Me class.

Gym/dance combo 3-5

When gymnastics is just not quite enough then throw in a little ballet.  This one hour class is spent in ballet for 30 minutes and gymnastics for 30 minutes.  Combining the graceful movements of dance with the structured moves in gymnastics is certainly a winning recipe.  (And the combination of dance and gym helps to keep the attention of the busiest youngsters.)

TEAM PROGRAM

At All Around Gymnastics it is our mission to train every gymnast to reach their full potential.  We train hard, condition hard and still remember that the girls are here to have FUN!  Every team coach has been a competitive gymnast, so they personally know what it’s like to step out onto that floor and perform in front of an audience.  Two of our team coaches are also judges, which is a gift to have them critique our routines!

Our USA teams consist of levels 2-10.
